Refund policy

Return Policy – Klos Kloset

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and labels attached. Returned items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

To begin the return process, please contact us at TheOfficialKlosKloset@yahoo.com and include your order number in the email. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note:
Refunds are issued in the form of a Klos Kloset gift card only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

The gift card will:

• Be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s)
• Be sent to the email address associated with your original order
• Have no expiration date and can be used until the full balance is spent
